Mango and Ginger Salsa

This fresh mango and ginger salsa is absolutely delicious and goes perfectly with Indian food, especially as a healthier alternative to mango chutney. I often eat it with homemade onion bhajis wrapped in a chapati.



Ingredients


  • 1 fresh mango (you can also use approximately 200g of pre-chopped mango)

  • 2 tbsp of fresh coriander, chopped

  • 1 tsp of finely grated ginger

  • 1 tsp of lemon juice

  • 1/2 tsp of salt



Method


Slice your mango into small cubes and add to a bowl along with chopped coriander and finely grated ginger. Pour your salt and lemon juice over the salsa and then mix together.
